The Power of Personal Storytelling
with David Roche & Jo Anne Smith
February 3 - 9:30 am to 5 pm
Mill Valley, CA
$160
* Express your natural creativity
in a safe, supportive environment
*
Experience the healing power of telling your story and
really being heard
* Explore a wide range of
stories or craft a specific story for performance, presentation
or just for fun
We bring our experience as performers and storytelling coaches to this playful, powerful workshop as we guide you to tap into your wealth of stories and show you how to share them with ease. The flexible design allows us to tailor the experience to your intentions, and you will learn by doing and through modeling, coaching, storytelling exercises and discussion.
Each group includes participants with a range of experience - from beginners with stage fright to professional performers and storytellers, and we prefer it that way.
And don't worry about bringing a polished story. Some people come with ideas about what they might tell, and others just show up with an open heart and see what arises in the moment. Some tell and re-tell the same story, and others find a fresh story each turn.

During the darkest hours, she discovered a source of inner guidance
that answered her questions, told her she would survive and bolstered
her will to live. Having survived as predicted, Terri wants to
create the space for others to uncover their own internal advisors
and map their own healing journey. In a nurturing day of storytelling,
guided meditation, writing, laughter and silence, we support each
other in exploring ways to tap into intuitive knowing, to trust
our own truth and to live from a deep sense of purpose in the
New Year.
