Whether consulting
with one person, a team or an entire organization, Terri delivers
profound wisdom and practical guidance with compassionate humor.
A therapist for thirty years and a hypnotherapist for twenty-five,
Terri knows how to inspire and empower individuals to overcome
obstacles and realize their dreams. Having survived her cancer
ordeal, she is especially qualified to help people deal with life-altering
change and create their own, unique path to healing.
Terri enjoys working with teams that are interested in communicating
authentically, going beneath diversity to find common ground and
building trust. She involves team members in the design of the
change process, creates a safe container in which people can be
fully themselves and facilitates events that foster creation of
a shared vision for the future.
When working with multiple departments or an entire organization,
Terri holds a systemic view, ever mindful of the impact on the
whole of change in any segment. Having studied with Kathie Dannemiller
and Ron Lippitt, originators of large-scale change methodology,
her approach is based on the belief that the wisdom needed for
success lives within the people doing the work. Terri designs
projects based on the desired outcomes of the clients and offers
facilitation throughout the implementation of change. She has
done strategic planning, implemented shared governance and community
building.
Terri is affiliated with other dynamic organizational consultants
in WorkLore,
a coalition committed to accessing knowledge through story, extending
it through community.
